I work somewhere between the two.
I’ll step in when direction, light or composition makes the photograph better. Then I’ll get out of the way when the people, movement and moments happening around us are better than anything we could manufacture.

A smaller wedding doesn’t need to become a smaller version of somebody else’s big wedding — and it shouldn’t automatically require a traditional eight-hour photography package.
We’ll start with what you’re actually planning.
What matters? Where are we going? Who’s going to be there? What do you want to remember?
Then we’ll figure out the photography that makes sense for it.
No wedding is too small to photograph well.

If we’re going somewhere to photograph your wedding, I want the photographs to actually feel like we went somewhere.

Destination wedding and elopement coverage is built around the actual experience — location, travel, timeline, wedding-day coverage and any surrounding events worth documenting.

I don’t sell Gold, Platinum or one-size-fits-every-wedding photography packages.
On purpose - and by design.
A 40-person restaurant wedding isn’t a 200-person ballroom wedding.
A courthouse ceremony doesn’t need to be stretched into eight hours of photography.
And your budget shouldn’t be ignored until somebody sends you a price sheet.
Instead, we start with a conversation.
What are you planning?
What matters most?
What does the day actually look like?
What’s your photography budget?
Then I build coverage around the answers.
That could mean three hours or eight. One photographer or two. Ceremony through dinner, or the entire day.
The goal isn’t to squeeze your wedding into a photography package.
It’s to put the photography where it matters.

* Small - Intimate: $800 - $1700
* Larger - all day $1800 - $3200
Budget-based doesn’t mean bargain photography or “name your price.”
It means we can have an honest conversation about what you want, what you want to spend and what I can realistically create within that scope.
You pay for coverage that makes sense for your wedding.
